The term “user” or “client” refers to the internet user who acquires this status by registering on the website (if applicable), using a form and receiving a username and password, for which they are fully responsible. The user is also responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider, as outlined in the User Registration section.
3 – Acceptance
By accepting these Terms, the User declares:
- That they are a person with the legal capacity to contract under applicable laws.
- That they have read and accept these Terms.
4 – Availability
The User shall always have access to these Terms before starting the contracting process, and may store and/or reproduce them on a durable medium.
5 – Validity or Duration
The validity or duration of these Terms and specific conditions shall remain in effect as long as they are published on the website and shall apply from the moment the User uses the site and/or contracts any products.
6 – Modifications
The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms, without affecting products or promotions acquired prior to such changes.
The User agrees to read the Terms each time they contract a product, as they may have changed since their last visit.
7 – Nullity
If any clause in these Terms is declared wholly or partially null or unenforceable, only that clause or the affected part shall be deemed void, with the rest of the Terms remaining in force.
8 – Purpose of the Contract
This contract regulates the relationship between the Provider and the User when the User accepts a purchase/reservation during the online contracting process.
The purchase agreement includes the delivery, in exchange for a set publicly displayed price, of one or more specific products/services.
Each product/service may be subject to specific conditions detailed under warranty, returns, withdrawal, or the technical sheet of the product/service.
9 – User Registration
This website does not require user registration. Only identification data is requested during the reservation process, informing users that online check-in must be completed 28 hours before arrival to send the data to the National Police. Required data includes name, ID document, date of issuance, gender, year of birth, and signed consent.
10 – Geographical Scope
This website offers holiday stays without any geographical limitation.
11 – Product Information
The Provider pays close attention to service details through technical descriptions and illustrative photographs.
12 – Taxes, Currency, and Shipping Costs
According to current regulations, all reservations made through the website are subject to VAT.
Services include VAT and are expressed in Euros (€). Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include additional services. Foreign prices include intra-community VAT.
13 – Contract Language
The contracting process and pre-contractual information are available in Spanish and English, and these languages will be used for contracting.

17 – Maximum Order/Reservation Amount
There is no maximum reservation limit.
18 – How to Modify or Cancel My Reservation
The User may cancel their reservation at no cost up to 30 days before the stay.
After that, 20% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the stay or the client does not show up, the full amount will be charged.
19 – Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Due to the nature of services offered, shipping costs and methods do not apply.
20 – Delivery Time
Also not applicable due to the nature of the services.
21 – Invoice
To obtain an invoice, the User must request it through Customer Service.
22 – VAT
As previously stated, all reservations are subject to VAT under current regulations.
23 – Payment Methods
Generally, the User may choose:
A) Credit/Debit Card, providing:
- (i) Full name
- (ii) Card number
- (iii) CVV/CVC
- (iv) Expiration date
B) Bank Transfer
Cash on delivery is not accepted.
Card data is not stored in our database; it is entered via the secure website of the chosen banking entity.
24 – General Provisions on the Payment Process
Payment order by the User implies adherence to these General Terms and specific reservation conditions.
All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective financial entities or secure payment platforms (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
Once payment is made, the User will receive an automatic confirmation email with reservation details, instructions, contact info, check-in details, and access to the guest guide.
25 – Returns of Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products or Right of Withdrawal
As stated in section 18, the right of withdrawal applies under applicable regulations.
26 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of:
- Products whose nature may be altered.

The warranty corresponds to the effective provision and enjoyment of the selected service, under the usage conditions set in these Terms.

- Maintain, modify, or suspend its website without prior notice
- Change prices of offers
- Refuse orders due to stock issues or non-payment
- Deny access to digital tools if the User breaches these Terms
- Collect payment once the transaction is accepted
- Retain full ownership until full payment is made
- Prohibit reproduction or redistribution of website content without express permission
- Correct human or technical errors
30 – Limitation of Liability
All information provided by the User must be accurate. The User is responsible for keeping their data updated. The Provider is not liable for damages caused by false, insufficient, or incorrect information.
The Provider is not obligated to verify the authenticity or adequacy of User-submitted information.
The Provider will not be responsible for parental oversight regarding minors’ access to the site or the purchase of services.
The User is responsible for ensuring their equipment is protected against viruses or harmful elements. The Provider is not liable for any such damage.
The Provider is not responsible for service interruptions due to power or telecommunication outages.
31 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of the User’s domicile.
If the User resides outside Spain, the parties waive any other jurisdiction and agree to submit to the courts where the website owner is located.
