The User may cancel their reservation at no cost up to 30 days before the stay.
After that, 20% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

The warranty corresponds to the effective provision and enjoyment of the selected service, under the usage conditions set in these Terms.
All information provided by the User must be accurate. The User is responsible for keeping their data updated. The Provider is not liable for damages caused by false, insufficient, or incorrect information.
The Provider is not obligated to verify the authenticity or adequacy of User-submitted information.
The Provider will not be responsible for parental oversight regarding minors’ access to the site or the purchase of services.
The User is responsible for ensuring their equipment is protected against viruses or harmful elements. The Provider is not liable for any such damage.
The Provider is not responsible for service interruptions due to power or telecommunication outages.
