Teatro Suites Urban Flat I is a two-level studio apartment that counts with direct access from the street and is equipped with WiFi, heater and A/C.
The bedroom area is raised above the rest of the apartment and it has a 150cm queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom includes a shower tray, mirror, sink, a suspended cupboard with plenty of storage space, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. The towels and bedsheets are included as well.
The living room has a flatscreen TV and a two-seater sofa bed, ideal for two children. The open concept kitchen is equipped with vitroceramic cooktop, extractor hood, oven, washer-dryer, clothing iron, microwave, fridge and freezer, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
We follow a strict covid protocol, providing a no-contact virtual check in and taking the utmost precautions in the cleaning of every single apartment and common areas. The cleaning of bedsheets and towels is carried out by a specialized laundry service applying active oxygen and disinfectant products at 150ºC.
