Teatro Suites City Flat is a set of four beautiful studio apartments located in a residential building in the central Olletas neighborhood. It is found a step away from the traditional La Victoria neighborhood, which receives its name from the city’s patron saint. Only a few meters away from the natural landscape of the Parque San Miguel, full of green areas, sports areas and leisure areas.
The apartments are located in a perfect location to enjoy Málaga, in an area full of emblem and local charm, a 15 minute walk away from the historical center, its museums and the main tourist attractions.
You will discover one of the most rooted and popular areas in málaga, full of places to taste the local fish and the typical seafood. Which gives its colloquial nickname of the La Victoria neighborhood, known locally as the “Chupa y Tira” (i.e “Suck and Leave”) neighborhood for the practice of enjoying the seafood there.

Teatro Suites City Flat III is a studio apartment with capacity for hosting two adults and two children, located in the first floor in a building with elevator recently built in the central Olletas neighborhood.
It is an open plan with a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, dining room, flatscreen TV, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The queen size bed is 150cm and the living room has a two-seater sofa bed.
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom has a shower tray, bidet, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. The towels and bedsheets are also included with the accommodation.
The set of City Flat apartments also have access to a communal terrace, located on the building’s rooftop. It is exclusively for the use of the three apartments of the City flat set, and it counts with a solarium area and chill out area. A peaceful oasis that will allow you to take some time to relax in the heart of Málaga.
We follow a strict covid protocol, providing a no-contact virtual check in and taking the utmost precautions in the cleaning of every single apartment and common areas. The washing of the bedsheets and towels is carried out by a specialized laundry service applying active oxygen and disinfectant products at 150ºC.
