Reservations
You can make a reservation online on our website, through a safe payment with a bank card. In order to do that you just have to select the dates and the guest number, then our system will show the accommodations that we have available. Once you provide us with your data, the reservation will be immediately registered and you will receive a confirmation email.
The total charge of the reservation will be made automatically 15 days before the arrival day through the bank card that you provided us with.

All the reservations in Teatro Suites Málaga include a cleaning service in the total price of the accommodation. If you wish to ask for an additional cleaning service, please let us know to schedule beforehand. The rate for an additional cleaning service is 30$ and it includes the cleaning and sterilization of the apartment, and the change of bedsheets and towels. For stays longer than 7 days, the change of bedsheets and towels will be free of charge.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to your arrival, simply contact us.
For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the arrival, 20% of the total rate will be charged. If the cancellation is done less than 15 days before the arrival or if you don’t show up, 100% of the total rate will be charged.
We won’t charge you with a warranty deposit at your arrival. But in the case of damage or lost keys, we will charge up to 120$ to cover the costs of the damage caused.
We have private parking near the apartment, but it must be reserved and it costs 15$ per day.
Stay
We have implemented a no-contact virtual check in for your comfort and safety. You just have to fill out the online check in on our platform, following the instructions that you will receive via email. Once completed the online check in you will receive precise instructions on how to access the apartment.
You can arrive at Teatro Suites Málaga from 15:00 to 20:30, and you must leave the apartment at 11:00 on the day of your departure. Let us know if you wish to extend your stay beyond the scheduled times and we will do everything in our power to cover your needs.
Smoking in the interior of the apartments of Teatro Suites Málaga is not allowed. We want to preserve the health and safety of our guests and we are a smoke-free space.
No, domestic animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
Parties are not allowed in our apartments and we request that you respect other guests’ rest by avoiding making disturbing noises between 12pm and 10am.
Covid-19 Protocol
In order to prevent the covid-19 spread, we have implemented a virtual check in and autonomous arrival system, avoiding direct contact with our staff.
We will be pleased to attend and assist you on the phone, in the arrival process and access to the apartment as well as in any inquiries you have during your stay, with the aim of making it as pleasant as possible.
To ensure the hygiene and safety of the spaces, we have taken the utmost precautions relevant to the cleaning and sterilization of every single apartment and the common areas. For your convenience, you will find hand sanitizer in the accommodation.
We have removed the unnecessary shared elements, like magazines, pens or papers. And the accommodations are cleaned with disinfectant products and virucides effective against Covid-19.
The washing of the bedsheets and towels is carried out by a specialized laundry service at 60ºC with detergent and active oxygen. The towels are dried at over 100ºC and the bedsheets are dried and ironed at 150ºC, applying additional disinfectant products.
