It is just a step away from the traditional La Victoria neighborhood, which receives its name from the city’s saint patron, and is a few meters away from her sanctuary and the natural landscape of the Parque San Miguel.

The apartments allow you to enjoy the most authentic Málaga, in an area full of emblems and traditional charm, but only 15 minutes away from the historical center, its museums and the main tourist attractions.

Teatro Suites City Flat V is a two-bedroom apartment ideal for a family getaway. It features a double bedroom with a 150cm bed, a single bedroom with a trundle bed (suitable for two children or one adult and one child), living area with a comfortable sofa, private terrace, dining area, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

The set of the City Flat apartments also have access to a communal terrace, exclusive for the six apartments. It has a seating chill out zone, a peaceful oasis that will allow you to relax in the heart of Málaga.

The living room has a flatscreen TV, the accommodation has A/C and heater. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, electric boiler, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, clothing iron and clothesline. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. The towels and bedsheets are also included with the accommodation.

We follow a strict covid protocol, providing a no-contact virtual check in and taking the utmost precautions in the cleaning of every single apartment and common areas. The washing of bedsheets and towels is carried out by a specialized laundry service at 150ºC, applying active oxygen and disinfectant products.

Really nice spacious apartment for two. Nice style and very clean. Bus station to city centre etc. is 2 min walking but you can walk to the centre as well it’s around 25 min. Would definitely stay again. Communication with the host is great, really helpful and kind.

Great apartment in a great location, near everything. There are supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, restaurants etc, within 2 minutes walking distance. Very comfortable and clean. The people who run it communicate via WhatsApp directly, if you have doubts. Very friendly.
