The apartments are located in a perfect spot for enjoying the most lively málaga, in an area full of emblems and local charm. Only a 15 minute walk away from the historical center, its museums and the main tourist attractions.

Get to know one of the most traditional and rooted areas in Málaga, by the historical neighborhood colloquially nicknamed the “Chupa y Tira” (i.e “Suck and Leave”) neighborhood. Named in reference to the practice of enjoying the local fish and typical seafood there.

Teatro Suites City Flat I is a studio apartment, with capacity for hosting two adults, and located on the first floor of a building with an elevator recently built in the central Olletas neighborhood. Perfect for couples looking for a cozy environment in the Málaga city center, by the historical La Victoria neighborhood.

The apartment is equipped with A/C and heater in an open plan for a bedroom with a 150cm queen size bed, living room with a sofa and flatscreen TV, dining room, bathroom and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster, blender and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray, bidet, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. The towels and bedsheets are also included with the apartment.

The set of City Flat apartments also have access to a communal terrace, exclusive for the four apartments in the City Flat set. It counts with a chill out seating area, a peaceful oasis that will allow you to relax in the heart of the city.

We follow a strict covid protocol, providing a no.contact virtual check in and taking the utmost precautions in the cleaning of every single apartment and common areas. The washing of the bedsheets and towels is carried out by a specialized laundry service, applying active oxygen and disinfectant products at 150ºC.

El apartamento es pequeño pero para una estancia corta está muy bien porque está todo nuevo y es muy cómodo. La cama es grande y de buena calidad.

The host (Merce) contacted me 2 days before my arrival with al the details about the apartment. On the day i had to arrive, she contacted me again to ask if everything was going well. I really appreciate contact like this. About the apartment. Everything was really clean and the apartment has everything to stay many days. There was Coffee to put in the percolator, laundry detergent for the washing machine and shampoo for in the shower. Also the apartment is in a calm place nearby the centre. It's like 15minutes walking, through a nice street with a lot of shops, to get to the centre. I would recommend the apartment to everybody who is staying in Malaga!!

Merce and Marina are great hosts. Merce assisted me with the check-in providing all the information I needed and they took care of me during my stay. The apartment was very well equipped for a long term dwelling and all the details were taken care of, allowing a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay. The accommodation is also suitable for remote working. I highly recommend it!
