Teatro Suites City Flat is a set of studio apartments in a residential building in the central Olletas neighborhood. It is just a step away from the traditional La Victoria neighborhood, which receives its name from the city’s saint patron, and is a few meters away from her sanctuary and the natural landscape of the Parque San Miguel.

The apartments allow you to enjoy the most authentic Málaga, in an area full of emblems and traditional charm, but only 15 minutes away from the historical center, its museums and the main tourist attractions.

Discover the essence of a traditional and active neighborhood full of commerce and with a wide variety of gastronomy to offer. Next to one of the most rooted and popular areas in Malaga, colloquially known as the “Chupa y Tira” (i.e “Suck and Leave”) neighborhood for the practice of enjoying the local fish and seafood there.

The space

Teatro Suites City Flat IV is a studio apartment ideal for a couple’s getaway. It is an open plan with a cool private terrace, bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The queen size bed is 150cm long and the living room includes a sofa.

The set of the City Flat apartments also have access to a communal terrace, exclusive for the six apartments. It has a seating chill out zone, a peaceful oasis that will allow you to relax in the heart of Málaga.

The living room has a flatscreen TV, the accommodation has A/C and heater. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, electric boiler, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, clothing iron and clothesline. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. The towels and bedsheets are also included with the accommodation.

We follow a strict covid protocol, providing a no-contact virtual check in and taking the utmost precautions in the cleaning of every single apartment and common areas. The washing of bedsheets and towels is carried out by a specialized laundry service at 150ºC, applying active oxygen and disinfectant products.

Nicely decorated and hygienic apartment. It is located in a nice place with a supermarket, coffeehouse and restaurants 50 meters away. The center is about a 20 minute walk. Very pleased with the contact with the landlord: super fast response and very friendly.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our trip to Malaga. The apartment was located in a nice building and was attractive, well laid out, nicely decorated, well-stocked with glassware, crockery etc and spotlessly clean. (High priority for me!) Also well located for getting around - we walked everywhere. Approx 10 minutes to edge of old town, and 15 to marina area. Good tapas bars, cafes and local shops within moments of the apartment. El Imperial worth a visit. Thoroughly enjoyed the access to the terrace, both the pretty private terrace adjoining the apartment and the solarium. Extremely impressed and highly recommend them! I would definitely return 🥰
