A house with a history.

Teatro Suites Málaga are three beautiful apartments that are part of a charming XIXth century building. Located in the formerly named “Barrio Alto” (i.e “High Class Neighborhood”) in Málaga, where multiple palace houses were found at the time. The Teatro Suites Málaga apartments have been refurbished respecting the furniture and original construction details like the floor tiles, carpentry and kitchen.

They have been refurbished to preserve the special charm of the accommodation and at the same time provide all the modern amenities necessary for a memorable experience. The access to the building is direct from the street and exclusive for the three apartments. For improved security, in the common areas and access staircases there are properly signposted surveillance cameras.

The space.

Palco counts with a double bedroom, a living room with sofa, a dining room, a bathroom and a completely equipped kitchen. The main bedroom counts with a 150cm queen size bed and the living room includes a two-seater sofa bed. Furthermore, the apartment counts with balconies perfect for enjoying the Semana Santa and with private parking upon request.

Absolutely loved the space! So cute and very comfortable. It was quite large (felt like two spaces separated by a long hallway). We were able to do laundry there and had everything available for us to cook. The location is quite central, just a couple very short blocks away from the action. It was perfect because it was not too loud (and windows were sound proof) but we could walk to everything. The host was very easy to communicate with and provided a nice overview of things to do in our area. I highly recommend this place!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Teatro suites! The apartment felt very spacious and clean. It is located between multiple nice restaurants and on walking distance of the beach. Ana is a great host! She gave very clear information and was very friendly in communication. Great place to stay in Malaga!

Teatro Suites is a beautiful traditional Spanish apartment situated just a few minutes away from the Plaza de la Merced so it’s very central to the heart of Malaga. There is a great local bakery just round the corner, perfect for in house breakfast. Numerous local restaurants meant we were spoilt for choice. Our host Ana could not be more helpful. We arrived before normal check in but were allowed access and we were also allowed to stay later as our flight was late afternoon. We loved the ambience of this wonderful traditional property and can’t wait to go back again.
